Our Grade 9 and 10 students undergo studies that are designed to prepare them for their last two years of High School. All courses are designed to provide students with not only the foundation of knowledge and understanding in a specific discipline, but also solid communication and analytical skills.
Students in Grade 10 complete a Research Project that is specifically designed to give them the research and writing skills they will need to begin the extended essay process as part of the IB program.

At ASB our iCommons’ mission is to empower all users towards creativity and intellectual achievements by ethically leveraging information and technology. We inspire our users to create and communicate through local & global collaboration while striving towards cultural proficiency.
We have transformed the centralized library into six interactive iCommons spaces within our learning communities. Each floor has its iCommons housing a variety of resources - ebooks, audio books, printed books and a substantial number of electronic databases All students, parents, and staff are automatically issued a library number. Students and parents may borrow materials for a two-week period and may renew them for a longer time if required.
